Sign in to track from your Orders list. If you checked out as a guest, use your order number and email.

Ordered while logged in? Sign in and track from your Orders. Guest checkout? Enter your order number and email below.

How it works

  1. Place an order — it appears under My Account → Orders.
  2. Open Track from that order (or this page).
  3. We ship with DTDC and add the AWB tracking ID.
  4. Follow live DTDC updates; when delivered we mark the order Delivered.
